How to setup SoundClock apk for android

- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:

SoundClock Description
This app turns your Phone into an oldfashioned chimney clock, that strikes the hours, half hours and/or quarters in a chime you choose.In this release you can choose between three types of clocks. The Default sounds like the Westminster Big-Ben of London.
In future releases more clocks wil be made avaiable.
