Epicor® Proof of Delivery allows delivery truck drivers to accept a signature and/or photo upon delivery of goods to a customer location.A signature serves as proof that the delivery was accepted by the customer. A delivery photo can be taken at each stop as well, which can help with delivery disputes - you will always have a record of what the delivery looked like when the driver left it.
Use of this application may require additional functionality to be enabled on your Epicor® ERP solution at additional cost.
